DC's Next Comic Book Movie, Lobo

Guy Richie is currently in talks to direct DC's newest comic book adaptation, Lobo. If you aren't already familiar with Lobo, he is a seven-foot tall, blue-skinned, indestructible and heavily muscled anti-hero who drives a pimped out motorcycle, and lands on Earth in search of four fugitives who are bent on wreaking havoc. Lobo teams with a small town teenage girl to stop the creatures. I'm a pretty big fan of Lobo. He is one of the few villains ever to Superman a real run for his money. I mean this dude really beats Superman's ass plus he's pretty bad ass. He's in the SH Heading Picture right under Batman and to the left of Wonderman.

The only thing that I'm really skeptical about is the fact that Warner Bros. is going for a PG-13 rating for this film. It worked for The Dark Knight but I don't think it'll go too well for this character. What do you guys think?

The script has already been written by Don Payne, Joel Silver and Akiva Goldsman so all that remains is the casting. Who will play Lobo? Stay up for more Lobo movie updates.
