The sequel is changed from G.I. Joe: Cobra Strikes to G.I. Joe: Retaliation and the film has also been given a release date of June 29th 2012.
The movie will be directed John Chu (Step Up 3D) and as for the cast Channing Tatum will be back as Duke, Ray Park as Snake Eyes and Byung Hun-lee as Stormshadow. Some of the newcommers to the franchise are Dwayne Johnson as Roadblock, Elodie Yung as Jinx, DJ Cotrona as Flint, Adrianne Palicki as Lady Jaye, RZA as The Blind Master, Ray Stevenson as Firefly and Joseph Mazzello was just cast as a character named Mouse.
