Aiight cuzzo. I got some good news and some bad news. First, the bad news. The Expendables starring and directed by Sylvester Stallone has been pushed back from April 23rd 2010 to August 20th 2010.
Vaughn's graphic novel adaptation Kick Ass and they have officially set a release date! Kick Ass is set to come out April 16th 2010! This is big news. Now Lionsgate has two tough movies coming out next year and I can't wait.
In the left corner, standing at ten feet tall, wearing the purple trunks and this week's Comic Book Character of the Week, The Incredible Hulk has sometimes been a simplistic character, simply punching things again and again (the recent story arc, World War Hulk, was particularly guilty of this). But when writers like Peter David, the definitive Hulk scribe, get hold of him, he becomes more than a combination of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Frankenstein. The Hulk and Bruce Banner become a psychologically complex, nuanced being with an incredibly complicated history involving Banner’s battle for control, which has led to Hulks green and gray. 
Yo, cuzzo. For the release of his new film, Extract, Mike Judge brought back the infamous Bevis and Butthead to show an exclusive clip. These two haven't been around in sooo long so definitely peep this promotion.

Yo, cuzzo. What I have before you the new Rhapsody commercial featuring Jay-Z and let me just say it is absolutely epic! Its definitely one of the best commercials I've ever seen if not the best. Its basically a re-enactment of all his album covers from Reasonable Doubt to The Dynasty to The Black Album. And Run This Town is the perfect song to play in the background. It goes really well with the imagery. 
Yo, cuzzo. Batman: Arkham Asylum was released this week and already it has earned itself a spot in the Guiness Book of World Records. It was Most Critically Acclaimed Superhero Game Ever. The game has recieved a worldwide average rating of 91.67 so I'm pretty sure it deserves the record. I haven't played it yet but after all the buzz its getting, I might have to go out and cop.
Yo, cuz. Here are a few updates on a couple of projects. First off, Hancock 2 is officially in production. Columbia Pictures has hired two writers, Adam Fierro and Glen Mazzara to work on the screenplay. Of course many critics didn't like Hancock (for reasons unknown) but I really liked it so I can't wait for a Hancock sequel. These two writers have worked on such titles as Dexter, The Shield and 24 so be prepared for a quality plot. No plot details are revealed yet but stay up. 
It has also been reported that the Green Hornet has been pushed back 5 months for no reason. Instead of coming out July 7th, 2010, its coming out December 17th 2010. This may mean that they're Smurfs movie, which was originally set for a December release, has to be moved back also. That's about it but stay up for more buzz.
