The Gadgets: Mattel's "Ghostbusters" Trap Replica!
Description:
The trap has two modes, ‘prop’ and ‘movie’ mode. In the prop mode the doors open and the trap lights up when you step on the tethered pedal, including all of the blinking status and indicator lights to indicate a ghost has been caught and detained once it’s closed. In the movie mode it’s pretty much the same thing, except that the light show is far more animated, there’s additional sound effects that play as you open and close the trap’s doors, and it will even bounce around and shake afterwards simulating a ‘real’ ghost trapped inside. The cartridge that holds the ghost can even be removed for disposal, though the laser-grid protected Ecto-Containment Unit where you’d do so isn’t included. The trap will cost $135 and will be available for purchase in October.

Super Tough!: Pixar-esque "Ghostbusters" Art
Artist description:
It’s a personal project, took me long time as I could work on it only in the evening and weekends. I ‘ve also done everything on my own (design, modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering…etc…). I don’t have any further plan at the moment as an animation would take a time or more time, which I don’t have… Maybe some other GBs images…maybe. :) From a technical point of view, I used 3D and 2D softwares like Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop and Nuke. I come from Italy but moved to London 4 years ago. I worked in advertisement for a long time (as you can see from my professional portfolio) and I recently joined Bluebolt, a visual effects company, working for TV and Film industry.
